Q. How many cars do you have?

A. We have a fleet of over 40 vehicles which include Town cars, Mercedes, Rolls Royce, Bentley Continental a whole lot more to choose from.
 

Q. What colours are your Cars?

A. All our vehicles are finished in platinum silver and black.
 

Q. Can I control the air conditioning and heat from the passenger area?

A. Make no doubt about it. There are air conditioning and heat-controlled panels and within the seats itself in the passenger area with individual massaging seats for added comfort.
 

Q. What is your pricing like?

Q. Is the quote by phone or email the final price?

A. Yes! As a convenience to you, when you call or email us to inquire about our rates, we give you a price quote that includes all fees.
 

Q. Do we have to pay any parking fees?

A.Parking is included in the price.
 

Q. Does your company charge for driving time to and from your place or does the time start when the driver arrives at the pick up location?

A. The time starts when the driver arrives at the pick up location and stops once all passengers have left the vehicle.
 

Q. How are the drivers dressed?

A. All of our drivers are dressed in dark suits unless otherwise noted.
 

Q. What is required to make a reservation?

A. To guarantee a reservation, it is necessary to make a 50% payment. We except VISA, MasterCard and debit cards.
 

Q. How many pick-ups or stops will we be allowed to make?

A. You are allowed to make as many pick-ups and stops as you like as stated on your order form, any additional requirements will be subject to
quotation.
 

Q. Are all your vehicles insured?

A. Yes we are fully insured with public liability.

Q. I'm at the Airport, where do I meet your chauffeur?

A. Our chauffeurs always wait inside the terminal, next to the exit from Customs, with a board carrying your name and flight number.
 

Q. My flight has been delayed, will I miss your chauffeur?

A. We monitor your flight to ensure that our chauffeur meet you on time, either when flights are late or early (We allow 30 minutes for baggage handling and Passport control to minimise parking and waiting time costs)
 

Q. Are there discounts available for frequent travellers ?

A. Yes, schemes are available. Please email us with the exact details and we can prepare a quote for you.
 

Q. Do you cater for weddings ?

A. Yes. Whether it's the principal conveyance for bride and groom, or more accommodating transport for multiple guests, we can always help .
